Celebrate Wild Steelhead at Fish Tail Brew PubJuly 25, 2014
Directly following next week's Washington State Senate Natural Resources & Parks Committee hearing on Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at 10:00AM, wild fish advocates are invited to meet-up for lunch at the Fish Tale Brew Pub in Olympia, WA. We will celebrate wild steelhead, the current momentum for rivers managed for wild fish, and our recent settlement, especially the twelve-year moratorium of steelhead hatchery plants in the Skagit River system, Puget Sound's largest and most important wild steelhead river. This is by far the biggest win of its kind on the entire coast. It is on-the-ground and working now, and the immense benefits for wild steelhead recovery are immediate. Come celebrate!
When: Tuesday, July 29, 2014, after the Senate hearing
Where: The Fish Tale Brew Pub
515 Jefferson St SE
Olympia, WA 98501
