NPRNPR released a great three-part series this week called Under The Label: Sustainable Seafood. The series takes a close look at the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) and the process of certifying and labeling seafood as "sustainable". WFC supports the efforts of the MSC, as they are currently the best option for this process, but their standards are still too low to be truly sustainable. Take a listen.
