Reach ID Maps
Island County Creek Restoration Planning
To improve survey data management, each watershed was divided into a series of stream reaches and each reach was given a unique identifier. Reach breaks were made at logical points along the stream channel, including tributary junctions and other changes in channel characteristics. Many of the habitat, culvert, and fish distribution notes refer to specific reach identifications – the maps below serve as an index for the reach identification system used by Washington Trout during this study.
