Notice of Appeal filed by WFC in WA Supreme Court, Case No. 20-2-03704-4 SEA

Wild Fish Conservancy, Ceneter for Biodiversity, Center for Food Safety, and Friends of the Earth filed an appeal to WA’s Supreme Court challenging WA Fish and Wildlife for permitting Cooke Aquaculture Pacific to rear steelhead in Puget Sound net pens without comprehensive review of the environmental impacts.
