Final Order Granting Northwest Aquaculture Alliance’s Motion for Voluntary Dismissal (Case No. 25-2-00768-34)

The Northwest Aquaculture Alliance voluntarily dismissed a lawsuit against the Washington Department of Natural Resources challenging a rule permanently banning commercial net pen aquaculture in Washington marine waters. Wild Fish Conservancy and the Center for Food Safety intervened in the case in support of Washington.
