Notice of Intent to Sue for Violations of Section 7 and Section 9 of the Endangered Species Act Associated with Funding and Operating Hatcheries Under the Mitchell Act and with Operating SAFE Hatchery Programs

On January 26, 2024, Wild Fish Conservancy and The Conservation Angler filed a 60-day Notice of Intent to Sue over Endangered Species Act violations resulting from the operation of hatcheries under the federal Mitchell Act and the SAFE programs.
