Notice to Cooke Aquaculture This letter provides notice of Wild Fish Conservancy’s intent to sue Cooke Aquaculture Pacific, LLC (“Cooke”) for causing “take” of threatened and endangered species in violation of section 9 of the Endangered Species Act (“ESA”), 16 U.S.C. § 1538, through operations of Cooke’s commercial finfish aquaculture facilities in Puget Sound. This letter is provided pursuant to section 11(g) of the ESA, 16 U.S.C. § 1540(g).
