Invest in the Future of Sustainable Fisheries

For the first time in nearly a century, fish traps returned to the lower Columbia River this summer with Washington State’s first commercial fish trap fishery since 1934. This historic achievement for wild salmon and steelhead recovery is the result of more than a decade of research and collaboration between Wild Fish Conservancy, local fishers, and coastal communities—and the enduring commitment of our members.

To keep this historic fishery moving forward, build on the momentum that brought us here, and ensure this critical work continues, we’ve launched a campaign to raise $25,000.

Since 2016, our members and supporters like you have made this work possible. Your gift today will: sustain and expand this historic fishery, demonstrate a coastwide model for sustainable fishing and wild fish recovery, and safeguard wild salmon and steelhead for generations to come.

Your support today is more than a donationit’s an investment in the future of sustainable fisheries.

Wild Fish Conservancy is recognized as a 501(c)3 non-profit by the IRS and all donations are tax-deductible (Tax ID: 91-1451405).
