Featuring local commercial fishers, processors, and Seattle’s award-winning Chef Renee Erickson, this video tells the story of this groundbreaking research and why selective fishing techniques offer enormous promise for the future of wild fish, Southern Resident killer whales, coastal fishing communities, and consumers alike.
