Garret joined Wild Fish Conservancy in January 2026 as a Fisheries Field Technician. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a B.S. in Natural Resource Management. Prior to working with us, he served as a Marine Habitat Resource Specialist at NOAA Fisheries Restoration Center, where he was responsible for funding, permitting, and overseeing salmon habitat restoration projects across the Pacific Northwest. At Wild Fish Conservancy, Garret performs water typing, conducts fish passage assessments, and assists with project development. He lives in Seattle and enjoys hiking, camping, and traveling.
