Aaron Jorgenson is a biologist and GIS specialist with the Wild Fish Conservancy, where he blends his academic background with hands-on experience to drive impactful conservation efforts. A graduate of the University of Washington, Aaron holds a degree in Marine Biology and Forest Ecology, along with a certificate in GIS. At Wild Fish Conservancy, Aaron's work on project development and implementation is fundamental to a variety of fish habitat assessments, stream restoration projects, and the development of sustainable fishing gear. Aaron currently lives in Tacoma, Washington.
